📋 Description

• Contract Review: act as SPOC; ensure approvals and signature rules; provide trainings.
• COI Policy: maintain policy, forms, controls; manage remediation actions.
• Policy Management: own governance framework; drafting and publishing policies.
• Regulatory Impact Assessment: maintain templates and artefacts; risk mitigations tracker.
• Due Diligence: conduct risk-based screening; produce documented recommendations.
• Business Ethics: monitor ethics metrics; provide escalation and advisory support.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Compliance Risk Management.
• Understanding risk identification, assessment, mitigation.
• Second line of defense oversight familiarity.
• Ability to prepare structured docs, reports, dashboards.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
