📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience
• Engage with customers, start conversations, and promote products
• Promote and sell products, share fashion trends and stories
• Encourage use of the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent H&M brand positively in all interactions
• Assist with opening/closing and operating showroom/checkout per store processes

• Passionate about fashion and in-store experiences
• Sales experience in fashion/retail and customer service
• Strong communication, creativity, and collaboration
• Motivated, flexible, decisive, action-oriented
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment
