Facility Technician

📋 Description

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support of building systems; fix minor defects
• Supervise and escort specialists and sub-contractors
• Monitor and replace light bulbs in facilities
• Perform plumbing repairs and replacements as necessary
• Do basic electrical work and escalate when electrician is required
• Cosmetic repairs including painting and plastering

🎯 Requirements

• Secondary or higher education
• Excellent knowledge of Georgian and basic English (writing)
• At least 2 years’ experience in building systems maintenance
• High sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team
• PC literacy – MS Word, MS Excel
