📋 Description

• Lead India benefits delivery within Total Rewards, aligning with global strategy while ensuring
• Execute regional/global benefits policy in India with focus on statutory/supplemental programs.
• Manage vendor renewals, benchmarking, and cost-effective program design.
• Support budget planning with utilization analysis and cost projections.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant, seamless benefits delivery and employee support.
• Act as primary escalation point for employees with confidential, empathetic resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 5+ years managing employee benefits programs, with India statutory/supplemental benefits in tech
• Deep knowledge of India's EPF/EPFO, ESI, Gratuity, Maternity Benefit Act, state labor welfare.
• Proven ability to deliver strategic objectives as an individual contributor in a global matrix.
• Strong benefits accounting, budgeting, cost modeling, and utilization analysis.
• Collaborative, influential across senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
