📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store to actively sell products
• Use fashion knowledge to inform customers for the best experience
• Maintain garment refill & care, presentation, and a clean sales floor and back of house
• Collaborate with store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about fashion and in-store creation
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to engage with customers
• Creative, curious, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
• Experience in sales or customer service in fashion or retail
• Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Experience in a fast-paced retail setting is a plus
