📋 Description

• Support investor onboarding and ongoing due diligence within the CDD function.
• Conduct CDD reviews for varied investor types and structures.
• Review systems to identify existing clients or investors.
• Prepare ownership/UBO charts and identify controllers.
• Maintain accurate records in the Investor CDD Tracker.
• Escalate risks or issues to management when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• A-Level standard education; degree in Law/Management/Finance advantageous.
• 3+ years in Compliance, CDD/KYC, Fund Admin, or related fields.
• Strong AML/CFT knowledge and cross-border CDD understanding.
• Experience reviewing ownership structures and beneficial ownership.
• Proficient across multiple IT systems and databases.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
