🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience
• Leading analysis across multiple Salesforce projects
• Strong Service Cloud and Sales Cloud knowledge
• Declarative Salesforce config: Flow, reports, dashboards
• Experience with external system integrators and data governance
