📋 Description

• Lead the commercial legal function for technology transactions, including enterprise SaaS
• Draft, review, negotiate, and provide strategic guidance on sophisticated commercial agreements
• Advise on privacy/data protection matters (GDPR, CCPA, DPAs) and embed data protection in products
• Partner with Security, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to identify privacy risks in products
• Advise Product/Engineering through the product lifecycle on AI, data use, IP, open-source, and
• Lead, mentor, and develop legal professionals; build scalable processes and playbooks for

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. degree and active U.S. bar membership in good standing.
• 10+ years of legal experience, with substantial background in technology transactions, enterprise
• Significant in-house experience within a high-growth tech/cloud/SaaS environment.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS/cloud/enterprise sales, partner relationships, and global operations.
• Strong privacy/data protection law knowledge; ability to translate regs into business/product
• Experience counseling Product and Engineering through development and launch lifecycle.
