📋 Description

• Audit pending and unpaid commissions against partner records.
• Review new client signups for correct partner tags.
• Map profile IDs to client accounts in CRM.
• Maintain accurate client records when ownership or tags change.
• Audit license counts and identify discrepancies for correction.
• Monitor accounts for at‑risk or expiring partner tags.

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Partner/commission structure.
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours; U.S. residency not required.
• Experience auditing across CRM, partner-store, and billing platforms.
• Attention to detail with financial, licensing, and commission data.
• Strong organizational and recurring audit workflow skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication for clients and escalations.
