🎯 Requirements

• Senior Total Rewards or HR Technology leadership with global compensation experience.
• Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation expertise with partner accountability experience.
• People management experience building high-performing HRIS/HR Ops teams.
• Strong analytical skills for modeling scenarios and geo-based salary bands.
• Ability to operate in a multi-currency, multi-country environment with payroll considerations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication translating complex decisions to HRBPs, Finance, and leadership.
