📋 Description

• Independent management of all exits for Remote's external employees with focus on compliance and
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support and guide clients on workplace concerns.
• Drive lifecycle process improvements aligned with Remote's goals and AI capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Degree in HR/labour relations or employment law is a plus.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across
• Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and investigations.
• Strong written/spoken English; additional languages a plus.
• Innovative mindset for automation and AI-enabled processes.
