📋 Description

• Partner with OCM leaders, consultants, learning strategists, technical professionals, and project
• Lead OCM activities including vision discovery, project kickoffs, change scope analysis, workshops
• Develop and execute organizational change strategies that support Microsoft 365 adoption and
• Create communication, training, and change champion plans tailored to specific audiences
• Develop new OCM offerings and engagement approaches related to Microsoft Copilot and emerging
• Educate end-users, champions, managers, and stakeholders to encourage confident technology adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in organizational change management, technology adoption, or a
• Demonstrated expertise delivering OCM programs specifically within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Experience identifying customer-specific Microsoft 365 use cases and translating technology
• Experience with GCC High migration projects, Copilot deployments, Power Platform, or Copilot agent
• Strong understanding of OCM methodology across communication, training, measurement, adjustment
