Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise SaaS, software, and tech agreements.
• Support Sales and Procurement to move deals quickly while protecting Collibra.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, and Procurement to finalize transactions.
• Advise on customer arrangements and regulatory/compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting SaaS contracting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in-house commercial contracts, software industry preferred.
• Law degree and eligibility to practice in EU/EEA, UK, or US.
• Fluency in English and French; ability to draft in both languages.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Harvey) to improve workflows.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and data protection in SaaS contracts.
• Experience negotiating with large enterprise or public sector customers.
