📋 Description
- Coordinate end-to-end payroll processes in Hungary
- Ensure accurate, on-time payroll in line with laws and policies
- Collaborate with external payroll provider for accurate execution
- Monitor hires, exits and staff changes in payroll systems
- Deliver trainings on payroll matters to stakeholders
- Maintain payroll files and compliance with authorities
🎯 Requirements
- Hungarian labor and payroll law knowledge
- Payroll experience; retail sector advantageous
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Familiarity with SAP and SuccessFactors beneficial
- Fluent Hungarian (spoken and written)
- Very good English (spoken and written)
