📋 Description

• Field-based role in Ulta Beauty locations in NC
• Sales strategy, in-store education, events, and relationship building
• Deliver customer experiences and brand advocacy
• Collaborate with Regional Sales and Education Manager
• 60-90% travel? (based on travel requirements in duties)

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years retail management in cosmetics/beauty
• Proven sales growth in fast-paced retail
• Strong sales execution and operations skills
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time management
• Strong interpersonal skills with leadership ability
