📋 Description

• Protect revenue by ensuring client accounts, licenses, partner tags, and commission records remain
• Work across CRM, partner-store, and billing data to identify discrepancies before they impact
• Conduct recurring audits, account reconciliation, client re-engagement, and internal coordination.
• Monitor account activity for signals affecting subscriptions or partner commissions.
• Operate with exceptional attention to detail and integrity in financial/licensing data.

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Partner/commission structure.
• Ability to work during US business hours and time zones; US residency not required.
• Experience auditing, reconciling, and validating information across CRM, partner-store, and billing
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; methodical with repetitive tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication for client outreach and escalations.
• Independent worker with ownership of assigned processes and ability to manage priorities.
