Senior Sales Representative (Immunology)

📋 Description

• Execute brand strategy and sales in field to hit KPIs.
• Manage territory and accounts; build customer relationships.
• Deliver sales performance and financial targets; meet objectives.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve performance.
• Develop call plans to optimize coverage and access.
• Gather market intelligence and share with teams to align strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-3 years field sales experience; pharma, dermatology preferred.
• Commercial pharma experience: physician/account-based selling, training, managed care or marketing.
• Experience with Veeva or other sales apps preferred.
• Develop territory sales strategies from findings.
• Proven sales success, solid presentation and business acumen.
