🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Barrister in Mauritius and UK? called to the Bar.
• 5+ PQE, including 3+ in-house.
• Strong trust, corporate, commercial, fund and financial services law knowledge.
• Experience supporting broad legal matters with stakeholders.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and contract review skills.
• Understanding regulatory frameworks for financial services.
