📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth through high-volume outbound calls and outreach to warm leads.
• Present compelling value propositions and communicate benefits of pet healthcare services to
• Build rapport with pet owners, identify needs, guide conversations toward conversions.
• Handle objections and use proven sales techniques to achieve or exceed weekly targets.
• Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline within the CRM with timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach scripts and improve conversion rates.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, phone-based client acquisition, or target-driven
• Availability to work weekends, with two designated weekdays off.
• Strong coachability, resilience, competitiveness, and motivation to improve performance.
• Persuasive written and verbal communication with ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Strong objection-handling and closing abilities, or willingness to develop them.
