People Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own and manage end-to-end Brazilian payroll process with accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from admission through termination, ensuring documentation, system
• Oversee employee benefits including enrollment, vendor management, and process improvements.
• Handle labour relations and union matters, including documentation and interactions with
• Administer vacations, time off, and employee leave, ensuring compliance and positivity.
• Maintain electronic timekeeping and working hours records, identifying inconsistencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Payroll, Personnel Administration, or
• Hands-on Brazilian payroll and labour legislation experience.
• Experience using People data and analytics to build reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work and curiosity about AI for People Operations.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise, and own end-to-end processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; fluency in English with international
