🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in broad-based compensation
• Global/public pharma or life sciences experience preferred
• Strong cross-functional partnership with HR and leadership
• Expertise in market pricing, benchmarking, job architecture and evaluation
• Experience with global markets: NA, EMEA, LATAM, APAC
• Analytical, data-driven, with clear communication to executives
