📋 Description

• Review and cross-check merchant documentation (KYC/KYB, contracts, entity records) collected by the
• Approve or reject merchant cases in internal systems, with clear justification
• Communicate with merchants and internal stakeholders to coordinate onboarding
• Escalate incomplete, unclear, or high-risk cases per internal procedures
• Onboard venues into Wolt’s Platform, including contracts, photography, menu, translation and
• Build relationships with partners by training them on system usage and updates

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in onboarding, merchant documentation review, or KYC/KYB processes
• Strong communication with merchants and internal teams
• Ability to assess risk and make clear, justified decisions
• Customer-focused with attention to details and accuracy
• Willingness to train partners and manage ongoing onboarding tasks
