Legal Officer

📋 Description

• Advise daily and support business teams on operations, including enterprise, commercial, civil
• Provide legal analysis for new services or regulations impacting SGS.
• Localize, draft, review, and translate contracts and templates in VN and EN.
• Liaise with Group Legal and external counsels on related matters.
• Support data privacy initiatives, including reviewing data transfer agreements and privacy
• Assist with other assignments from the Legal Manager as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) years minimum experience in paralegal, legal team or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree in law.
• Knowledge of laws on inspection, testing, certification, data privacy and cybersecurity in Vietnam
• Negotiation, writing and effective communication in English and Vietnamese.
