📋 Description

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements
• Identify legal risks and propose mitigations
• Advise on regulatory and governance matters
• Maintain contract templates and playbooks
• Provide day-to-day legal guidance to business units

🎯 Requirements

• LLB degree
• Admitted Attorney
• Minimum 3 years legal experience
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
• Experience with data protection and credit laws an advantage
• Experience in the credit / credit bureau industry an advantage
