Card Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day operational performance and lifecycle of our Open Loop, Category and Closed Loop
• Monitor card performance, authorisations and declines, resolving issues, trends and configuration
• Act as the operational contact for network partners, managing disputes and settlement discrepancies.
• Lead onboarding and implementation of new Closed Loop partners from post-contract handover to
• Manage multiple partner implementations, coordinating merchant configuration, testing, and delivery
• Ensure new programs transition to business-as-usual with clear processes and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in card operations, program management or similar within payments, fintech, prepaid or
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystem: issuing, acquiring and networks.
• Experience with major card networks is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of payment authorisation, clearing and settlement processes.
• Knowledge of Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) and their application in card acceptance rules is
