Card Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day operational performance and lifecycle of Open Loop, Category and Closed Loop
• Monitor card performance, authorisations and declines, proactively identifying and resolving
• Act as the key operational contact for network partners, managing escalated disputes, authorisation
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new Closed Loop partners, from post-contract
• Manage multiple partner implementations simultaneously, coordinating merchant configuration
• Ensure new card programs transition smoothly into business-as-usual operations, with clear

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ experience in card operations, program management or a similar role within payments
• Strong practical understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card issuing, acquiring and
