Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech)

📋 Description

• Own product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap for internal HR
• Interview stakeholders and translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Audit existing products/workflows to decide what to retain or redesign.
• Create PRDs, user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Lead delivery of Core HR and Time Off modules.
• Collaborate with Design and AI-assisted Dev teams to maintain ready-to-build requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS/HR Tech/enterprise software.
• Experience creating PRDs, user stories, flows, criteria, and specs.
• Strong sense for B2B/admin interfaces and complex workflows.
• Experience with Figma; participate in product/design reviews.
• Agile experience using Jira/Linear or similar tools.
• Experience with UAT, feature testing, and sign-offs.
