📋 Description

• Lead technical, solution, and competitive strategy for EMEA SC-RD org.
• Manage Enterprise SC-RD ICs and ensure high-quality engagements.
• Drive journey: pipeline quality, Value plans, and technical wins.
• Oversee resource allocation and deal strategy across org.
• Recruit, retain, and design org structure for Enterprise SC-RD.
• Build relationships with Executive Buyers and key stakeholders in Enterprise accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven record leading high-velocity presales SaaS solution teams.
• 2+ years managing presales software solution consulting teams.
• Experience with life sciences/biotech R&D processes and concepts.
• Ability to engage VP/C-level scientific leaders; strong scientific software knowledge.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC recommended; not required.
• Undergraduate or higher degrees in biology or related fields.
