Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech)

📋 Description

• Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap for internal HR tech
• Interview stakeholders and translate needs into requirements
• Audit existing products and workflows for redesign or removal
• Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, flows, criteria, specs
• Deliver core HRIS modules (Core HR, Time Off)
• Collaborate with Design and AI-assisted Dev teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as Product Manager in B2B SaaS/HR tech or similar
• Experience creating PRDs, stories, flows, criteria, specs
• Strong sense for B2B/admin interfaces
• Understanding of complex workflows, permissions, data-heavy UI
• Hands-on with Figma; participate in reviews
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Linear, etc.)
