Ivy Health is a fast-growing, private equity-backed outpatient healthcare platform generating over $700M in revenue across 18 states. We're seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to serve as the CFO's strategic right hand — turning complex, multi-site healthcare operations into sharp forecasts, rigorous analysis, and decisions the executive team and Board can act on.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. You will be the primary financial business partner to the CEO, CFO, COO, and Board — building the planning discipline, performance infrastructure, and talent engine that scale with the business. Job Description:
This position has the opportunity to work remotely within the Eastern or Central Time Zone (EST/CST), with required travel for business meetings.
STRATEGIC PRIORITIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Serve as the CFO's primary deputy on all planning,budgeting,forecasting, and investor& lender-facing financial matters
- Lead the development and execution of the annual operatingbudget, multi-year strategic financial plan, and rolling forecasts aligned to value creation objectives
- Partner with theExecutive Leadership Teamtotranslatefinancial performance, market dynamics, and operational trends into Board narratives and investor materials
- Drive scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and capital allocation frameworksthat sharpenstrategic decision-makingand cashflow management
- Build investor-grade financial forecasting models, strategic narratives, and public-company ready processes to support next investor phase for Ivy Health
- Lead financial and operational analytics to support future capital raises from lenders and investors
- Own the development of business cases and ROI models to support strategic investments including operational, technology and AI, and corporate infrastructure
Performance Management & Reporting
- Architect and own the company's end-to-end performance managementreporting for theIvy senior leadership,boardand PE sponsor— including KPIs, dashboards, variance analysis,forecasting scenario analysis including risks and opportunities, and capital planning
- Lead monthly and quarterly operating reviews with theIvyexecutive leadership team and PE sponsors, with clear linkage fromoperational driverstoconsolidatedfinancialresults
- Oversee financial reporting obligations to the company's equity sponsor and lender group, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and covenant compliance
- Leadadatascience teamto provide operational insights and models to supportenterprisevalue creation
- Oversee cost management and optimization throughout the company with a focus on corporate investments, vendor procurement, and operational cost insights
- Partner with Accounting through the monthly close tovalidatefinancials and deliver rapid, decision-grade management reportingincluding cost center level, actionable reporting
- Leverage AI and automation to drive actionable insights at both the executive leadership level and the clinic level
FP&A Team Leadership& TalentDevelopment
- Build, lead, and develop a best-in-class FP&A team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, accountability, and continuous improvementwhile championing Ivy Health’s core values
- Establish clear roles, development plans, and succession pathways; attract top finance talent to support the company's scaling trajectory
- Preparethe FP&A team for the next phase of the Ivy Health investorsincluding leading the team through apotentialexit process
- Champion AIadoptionin FP&Aincluding embedding AItoolsin workflows and coaching the FP&A team toleveragethese tools
Technology, Systems & Scalable Infrastructure
- Own the FP&A technology roadmap— implementingandoptimizing,AIand BItools (e.g., Adaptive, Power BI,Claude, Co-Pilot, Gemini) to support scaleand efficiency
- Partnerwith Controllerand IT leadership to modernize the financial data ecosystem, drive automation, and reduce manual reporting burden
- Build scalable financial processes and controls that can efficiently support multi-state clinic expansion and acquisitionsintegrations
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Provide financial leadership andpartnership tothe Revenue Cycle function, including revenue recognition, collections performance, andrevenue analytics
- Partner across the entire enterprise on developing investment business cases and value creation realization tracking with a specific focus andexpertisein AI investment ROI models
- Provide financial andprocurement rigor tooptimizecosts throughout the enterprise
- Lead enterprise risk management process
- Partner with executive leadership team and the Chief of Staff to drive execution on theenterprisepriority process
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Required
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of5years in a senior FP&Aand / or financeleadership role
- Demonstratedtrack recordin multi-site, multi-state healthcareservicesor similar operationally complex, high-growth environments
- Prior experience working within or directly alongside private equity-backed companiesincludingsponsor-grade reporting and board-level presentations
- Expertisein financial modeling, business case development, scenario analysis, and long-range planning
- Strong command of healthcare financial drivers includinghealthcare revenue and operating costs, corporate costs, capital, andinitiative-level ROI valuecreationpull through
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and scale finance teams in dynamic, growth-oriented organizationsincluding experience with M&A, DeNovos, and organic growth opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred
- Advancedproficiencyin Excel/financial modeling; experience with enterprise BI or planningplatforms (Workday Adaptive, Power BI,)and experience with AI LLM platforms (Claude, Co-pilot, andCowork).
- Familiarity with lender reporting obligations, covenant compliance, and debt capital structures common in PE-backed platforms
- Experience in PE exit processes and / or public company FP&A
