Transportation Supervisor

📋 Description

• The Transportation Supervisor oversees a team of drivers (Class A and B) delivering to Domino’s
• Responsible for scheduling drivers, routing trucks, reviewing trip sheets for accuracy and ensuring
• Train new drivers in job duties, safety, and Job Safety Observations (JSO); work in a diverse
• Lead and coordinate safety, communication, and day-to-day operations with drivers, departments, and
• Attend leadership trainings and coordinate safety/team/quarterly meetings

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, some college hours, 2-year degree preferred
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience
• Knowledge of DOT/FMSCA rules and regulations
• MS Office, SAP, Samsara, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), computers, and scanner
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation, including carrying an emergency cell phone as needed
