📋 Description

• Lead Talent & People for Nightfall's Bengaluru office in a hybrid setup.
• Own full-cycle recruiting across India-based roles in cybersecurity and data security domains.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting in SaaS/tech, with cybersecurity/data security hiring experience
• Experience hiring software engineers, QA, tech support, and product managers
• Experience managing external recruiting agencies or RPOs
• Hands-on people operations/HR experience (onboarding, employee relations, office mgmt)
• Strong communication across time zones in a distributed team
• Proactive, independent, fast-moving with process-building ability
