Project Director, Early Phase and Translational Research (EPTR)

📋 Description

• Oversee portfolio of clinical studies and guide Project Managers
• Ensure studies meet therapeutic, client, quality, SOP, GCP, ICH, and regulatory standards
• Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate progress
• Oversee contracts, budgets, expenses, forecasting, and performance
• Track timelines, milestones, risks, deps, and KPIs
• Maintain therapeutic and client knowledge; apply lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred
• PMP or PRINCE2 desirable
• 15+ years of industry experience; 5+ years in CRO environment
• 10+ years of clinical PM experience across full lifecycle
• Experience with midsize to large multinational studies
• Lead Phase III trials with budgets, forecasting, and tracking
