Investor Relations Associate

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day IR activities: events, Analyst Day, materials, IR site, vendors.
• Support quarterly earnings: scripts, presentations, Q&A, comms.
• Plan conferences, non-deal roadshows, tours, investor marketing.
• Drive shareholder targeting; measure engagement impact.
• Analyze finance fundamentals, valuations, and market data.
• Monitor reactions to market events; translate to actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, business, econ, or related.
• At least 5 years IR, corporate finance, capital markets, or related exp.
• Strong finance/accounting knowledge; Regulation FD familiarity.
• Valuation models interpretation; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written/verbal comms; tailor messages to stakeholders.
• Collaborative, relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
