🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading engineering teams within a product-focused technology organization.
• Proven track record of delivering complex products, platforms, or systems in fast-moving
• Strong technical judgment and the ability to participate confidently in both engineering and
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, establish clarity, and turn complex problems into
• Strong experience partnering with Product and Design to shape solutions, priorities, and product
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear context, align diverse
