📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps
• Acquire new homes and negotiate acquisitions
• Due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts
• Estimate repairs and ARV and present offers to homeowners
• Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title at closing
• Meet prospects in person when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% sales performance in prior roles
• Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office)
• Proven quota achievement through phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
