Test Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, delivery streams, internal teams
• Own end-to-end testing lifecycle from test planning to execution, defect management, reporting, and
• Define and maintain testing strategies, plans, goals, closure reports, and artefacts.
• Manage SIT, UAT, and ORT activities with quality gates at each stage.
• Collaborate with QA Leads, engineers, PMs, business stakeholders, and vendors to align testing with

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience leading QA/testing teams on large-scale projects.
• Experience across STLC including SIT, UAT, ORT; hands-on as QA Lead/QA Engineer.
• Strong coordination of multi-stream teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Extensive knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for tracking and test management.
• Experience with test automation and at least one automation framework.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication and stakeholder management.
