🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in program management, transformation, or similar.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and outcomes.
• Experience in a matrix/enterprise environment.
• Strong PM capabilities: planning, governance, risk, finances.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
