• The Recruiter leads fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers.
• First point of contact for hiring needs; reports to Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Drive best practice across the recruitment lifecycle and represent the AGS brand.
• End-to-end recruitment activities focused on active and passive sourcing.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure a positive experience.
• Advertise and manage requisitions while ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment within staffing or corporate HR, preferably global.
• Behavioural based interviewing experience for varied roles.
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using ATS or VMS systems.
