📋 Description

• Develop go-to-market strategy for India GCC sales
• Drive revenue targets for GCCs in India via RFPs and sole-source proposals
• Oversee delivery of new engagements to ensure smooth progression
• Build CXO-level relationships within Indian Financial Services GCCs
• Represent Capco internally and externally in RFIs/RFPs and pricing talks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience selling to Indian financial services clients (GCCs)
• Strong sales and pre-sales expertise in FS and energy GCCs in India
• Proven ability with account planning to achieve KPIs
• CXO-level network within Indian FS GCCs
• Domain expertise in Capital Markets, Banking & Payments, Wealth & Asset Mgmt, or Insurance
