Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech)

📋 Description

• Own product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap development for internal
• Interview stakeholders and translate needs into product requirements and solutions.
• Audit existing products/workflows to decide what to keep, redesign, or remove.
• Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, specs.
• Own delivery of core HRIS modules (Core HR and Time Off).
• Partner with Design and AI-assisted teams to maintain ready-to-build requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS/HR Tech or complex digital products.
• Strong experience creating PRDs, user stories, flows, criteria, and specs.
• Excellent product sense for B2B/admin interfaces.
• Understanding of complex workflows, permissions, and role-based UX.
• Hands-on with Figma; participate in product/design reviews.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira/Linear.
