📋 Description

• Lead and develop an engineering team with coaching and growth focus
• Partner with Product and Design from discovery to delivery
• Own delivery from problem to execution with clear priorities
• Plan and track progress, manage risks, ensure quality and delivery
• Provide technical leadership across complex products and systems
• Drive modern cloud-native practices and AI-assisted tooling adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading engineering teams in product-focused orgs
• Proven delivery of complex products/platforms in fast-moving environments
• Strong technical judgment for engineering and product discussions
• Ability to lead through ambiguity with actionable plans
• Collaborates with Product and Design to shape solutions and direction
• Excellent communication across stakeholders and levels
