Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech)

📋 Description

• Own product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap development for internal
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Audit existing products/workflows to decide what to retain, redesign, or remove.
• Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, specs.
• Own delivery of Core HR and Time Off modules.
• Collaborate with Design and AI-assisted teams to maintain ready-to-build requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as Product Manager in B2B SaaS/HR Tech or enterprise software.
• Strong PRD/UX documentation experience.
• Experience designing/reviewing B2B/admin interfaces.
• Understanding of complex workflows, permissions, data-dense tables, bulk actions, RBAC.
• Hands-on with Figma; participate in product/design reviews.
• Experience with Jira/Linear or similar Agile tools.
