Bakery Technical Advisor

📋 Description

• Provide technical bakery process support to meet Lesaffre UK & Ireland strategy via bakery
• Assist in customer NPD and EPD projects and develop tailor-made products.
• Participate in trade fairs and customer events; train internal and external partners on bakery
• Stay up to date on market trends, customers, competition and products.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in food technology or baking background.
• Extensive baking experience and/or industrial lines experience.
• Proven knowledge of the sector, products, raw materials and processes.
• Customer-focused with strong commitment, confident and convincing.
• Organise, prioritise, be proactive, react and manage issues; able to work in a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; willing to travel.
