📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for SEEK ANZ, ensuring on-time, accurate delivery.
• Partner with HR and Finance stakeholders to maintain best-in-class payroll practices.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency in payroll workflows.
• Stay ahead of legislative changes and contribute to payroll governance and guides.
• Deliver an excellent employee experience through accurate and compliant payroll activity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years end-to-end payroll experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll outcomes.
• Experience with Workday and/or Ramco preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
