• Develop outreach and interview experiences that resonate with top talent
• Use data to improve throughput and offer acceptance rates
• Craft messages to attract candidates and represent Doxel
• Advise candidates on fit and how Doxel meets goals
• Collaborate with managers to optimize interview processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in high-growth SaaS
• Track record recruiting talent from leading AI/tech companies
• Proven success scaling teams and building recruiting infra
• Care about candidate experience and talent brand
• Deep understanding of competencies across levels and roles
• Partner to senior stakeholders; shape roles and comp decisions
