📋 Description

• Own HRIS and related systems (HiBob focus) and optimize data flows
• Manage the general people inbox and drive multiple projects
• Own people data and reporting, build dashboards for leadership
• Run program logistics to support people programs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in People/HR ops, startup or fast-scaling environment
• Hands-on HRIS ownership and automation/building workflows
• Experience with integrations and data flow across systems
• Strong people data reporting and storytelling for leadership
• Fluency with AI tools and practical examples
