People Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the People ops backbone: payroll, onboarding, office ops, HR processes
• Own systems end-to-end and leverage AI for automation
• Collaborate with Director of People & Performance on strategy
• Support hybrid/remote workplace and multi-location coordination
• Ensure data integrity and audit readiness
• Improve employee experience from Day 1 onward

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years in People Operations or HR Generalist roles
• Proven Rippling ownership: workflows, payroll, data hygiene
• Multi-state payroll experience; experience with international EoR preferred
• Active AI tool user (Claude or similar)
