• Acting as strategic and operational backbone for Product or GTM
• Lead cross-functional work like launching new products or accelerating revenue
• Own foundational operating rhythms: monthly reports, QBRs, OKRs, KPIs
• Build dashboards, metrics, and success measures for leadership visibility
• Use AI tools as a standard part of work to boost efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 6–11 years in management consulting, investment banking, or operating roles
• Strong analytical, structured thinking; translate ambiguity into plans
• High ownership, willingness to roll up sleeves
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams to action
• Familiarity with AI tools; SQL and Tableau preferred
• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS preferred
