GTM Analytics Lead

📋 Description

• Own canonical revenue data model and metric definitions for Sales.
• Build unified data layer with Salesforce, Snowflake, and vendors.
• Manage BI dashboards from executive KPIs to rep views.
• Deliver data products for QBRs, forecasting, and planning.
• Automate data processes in SQL and reduce manual workloads.
• Collaborate with Analytics Eng and Business Systems on data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL, production-ready queries, documented data models.
• Data architecture/warehousing experience; Snowflake preferred.
• Hands-on Salesforce data familiarity and downstream data flows.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Sigma Computing, Hex, Omni, Tableau).
• Experience building a single source of truth in data and governance.
• Experience supporting quota-setting, capacity modeling, or territory design.
